About Bikram Yoga

This 90 Min Hot Yoga Class is fun, challenging and invigorating. This unique Bikram sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga postures with 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room is designed for all levels.

The series of postures has been scientifically designed to work every part of the body in the correct order. Each pose prepares the body for the next pose, and the sequence maximizes oxygenation and detoxification of the entire body.

Strength and flexibility are worked together to create harmony in the body. This series is unsurpassed as a way of bringing vitality, health and an incredible sense of well being. The heat facilitates stretching, prevents injury and promotes sweating which aids detoxification.

The class is suitable for all levels (athletes to exercise virgins) and ages (from 8 to 80) as everyone just works to their own personal capacity. It is also great fun! You will laugh, sweat and groan, and do more for your mind, body and health than you ever imagined possible!

About Inferno 45

This 45 min class is a full body workout for when you need a quick fix or running short on time. We will be using interval training and 1 minute moves to get your heart rate elevated and to give you a great workout. Squats, burpees, mountain climbers and planks are just a few moves you can expect to see. Done in a heated room so bring your water, mat and towel! Be prepared to sweat:)

About Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity interval training workout using Pilates principles. It is low impact so it’s a safe practice for all fitness levels. Hot pilates creates long lean muscle mass while we combine cardio and muscle toning. We do this in a heated room to warm your body up faster, make it more challenging, get your heart rate up and to help you burn more fat. This is a challenging workout, but you will feel AMAZING! You will see results quickly with this class if you are practicing regularly, it gets you in shape and keeps you in shape. In this energetic class, we listen to upbeat music to keep you motivated during your workout. You will work on developing your core in this class which is so good in your everyday life, from picking up your kids, carrying your groceries and having a better posture. You will work your whole body in this 60 min class. Be prepared to sweat, have fun and build a stronger you. **Recommended age is 13+**

About Hot Vinyasa Flow

Come break up your day with this upbeat, 60-minute vinyasa (flow) class, accompanied by music, where we not only find movement with breath but get our strong on. Come prepared to sweat, and smile, all the while improving flexibility and balance. We’ll enjoy exploring different ranges of motion, syncing our breath to movement as well as creating a healthy load challenge our muscles and our minds!

About AntiGravity FUNdamentals

First and Foremost AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga is about decompressing the spine and re-aligning the body. We use the Harrison AntiGravity® Hammock that acts as the ultimate “spotter”, allowing everyone no matter the fitness level to achieve Zero-Compression Inversions. YES!!! You will be hanging upside down! The benefits of inversions are endless…they hydrate the vertebral discs, re-align the spine, and refresh the circulatory system to name a few.

In this class, we utilize principles and sequences you will find in Yoga, Pilates, and Barre classes. The added bonus is that we use a moving apparatus that allows you to target stabilizing muscles and further improves your muscle tone.

You can expect increased flexibility, core strengthening and increased joint mobility in this low impact cardiovascular conditioning class.

In your first few classes be prepared to feel some minor discomfort in certain poses, as the hammock releases muscular tension via self-massage.

This is a 75-minute class, suitable for all fitness levels ages 19+. Please note if you are pregnant or have glaucoma this class is not accessible to you.

We prefer you wear shirts with sleeves (armpits covered), leggings (the hammock can be uncomfortable on bare skin), and absolutely no jewelry, zippers, belts, or pointed nails; as it can be damaging to the apparatus.

About Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the connective tissues in the body: ligaments, tendons, and fascia. As our bodies age, connective tissue tends to shrink and tighten, this practice is an excellent tool for increasing mobility and flexibility around our joints. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes in stillness and are either in a seated or supine position. You will experience a deep stretch in your muscles in this class, particularly through your hips and legs.

*This practice is not appropriate for children.

About Inferno Fusion

In this class, we use mostly 1-minute moves and a bit of interval training to get your heart rate elevated and to have a killer workout. We use light weights in this class always moving with control and listening to your body. The last 20min of a class will be Yin-ish, low lights, slower music and stretching!! Bring your water, towel, mat and a great attitude…you will love it!!

About AntiGravity Restorative Yoga

In this class, we utilize the Harrison AntiGravity Hammock to gently restore and repair the body. We lower the hammock for a series of gentle, gyro-kinetic motions. This helps to deeply open the spine and release the synovial fluids of the joints. This class is accessible to all levels of practitioners and is extremely beneficial in preventing injuries as well as healing the body.

Students can expect to feel restored and extremely relaxed after this 60-minute class focused on the connection of mind, body, and spirit.

About Power 45

A powerful 45min Flow that will leave you feeling challenged and strong. An upbeat class, combined with upbeat music and light weights to test your balance and stamina. Come prepared to sweat, smile and leave it all on your mat!

About Hot Barre

Hot Barre is a high-energy program that focuses on strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability by combining elements from Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. Incorporating music develops coordination, motivation and improves movement quality.

About Yin Yang Fusion

A dynamic class of movement and breath. the class explores the ebb and flow of long, passive, cooling poses with a shift into quicker, charging, heated poses and back again!
