This 90 Min Hot Yoga Class is fun, challenging and invigorating. This unique Bikram sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga postures with 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room is designed for all levels.
The series of postures has been scientifically designed to work every part of the body in the correct order. Each pose prepares the body for the next pose, and the sequence maximizes oxygenation and detoxification of the entire body.
Strength and flexibility are worked together to create harmony in the body. This series is unsurpassed as a way of bringing vitality, health and an incredible sense of well being. The heat facilitates stretching, prevents injury and promotes sweating which aids detoxification.
The class is suitable for all levels (athletes to exercise virgins) and ages (from 8 to 80) as everyone just works to their own personal capacity. It is also great fun! You will laugh, sweat and groan, and do more for your mind, body and health than you ever imagined possible!
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity interval training workout using Pilates principles. It is low impact so it’s a safe practice for all fitness levels. Hot pilates creates long lean muscle mass while we combine cardio and muscle toning. We do this in a heated room to warm your body up faster, make it more challenging, get your heart rate up and to help you burn more fat. This is a challenging workout, but you will feel AMAZING! You will see results quickly with this class if you are practicing regularly, it gets you in shape and keeps you in shape. In this energetic class, we listen to upbeat music to keep you motivated during your workout. You will work on developing your core in this class which is so good in your everyday life, from picking up your kids, carrying your groceries and having a better posture. You will work your whole body in this 60 min class. Be prepared to sweat, have fun and build a stronger you. **Recommended age is 13+**
This 45 min class is a full body workout for when you need a quick fix or running short on time. We will be using interval training and 1 minute moves to get your heart rate elevated and to give you a great workout. Squats, burpees, mountain climbers and planks are just a few moves you can expect to see. Done in a heated room so bring your water, mat and towel! Be prepared to sweat:)
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the connective tissues in the body: ligaments, tendons, and fascia. As our bodies age, connective tissue tends to shrink and tighten, this practice is an excellent tool for increasing mobility and flexibility around our joints. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes in stillness and are either in a seated or supine position. You will experience a deep stretch in your muscles in this class, particularly through your hips and legs.

Come break up your day with this upbeat, 60-minute vinyasa (flow) class, accompanied by music, where we not only find movement with breath but get our strong on. Come prepared to sweat, and smile, all the while improving flexibility and balance. We’ll enjoy exploring different ranges of motion, syncing our breath to movement as well as creating a healthy load challenge our muscles and our minds!
